Abstract

The apparatus consists of a thermostatic mixing valve (1) transversally connected, through a joint pipe (6), to a T-shape taps set (7). Said set (7) has to an inlet the connection with the cold water sanitary fitting piping so to have to the maximum flow of the boiler and to high temperature the possibility to add cold sanitary water coming to the sanitary fitting (3) and bringing by the joint pipe (6) to the thermostatic valve (1) to obtain bigger water flow to the normally using temperature, in spite of the flow limit put in all the boilers.

Description

"Multipurpose linking apparatus for wall-mounted boiler". In the field of the wall-mounted boilers linking apparatuses are known essentially having the aim to connect the plumbing pipes and the gas-pipes of the house with the wall-mounted boiler pipes. In the known art the pipes between the household plant and the wall-mounted boiler have only the aim of connection. The present invention refers to a new linking set for wall-mounted boiler having different workings. The invented apparatus, infact, permits to be over the hot water flow limits of the wall-mounted boiler and it determines the possibility to have for the heating plant a decanter, with a system that prevents to the polluting to enter in the sanitary fitting. The invented apparatus, moreover, permits to put antifreezing liquid into the heating circuit without the possibility that this liquid entered in the sanitary fitting. The invented apparatus consists of a thermostatic mixing valve 1 placed before the outlet 2 of the sanitary fitting 3. Said thermostatic valve has a knob 4 to temperature regulation and it has a thermostatic sensor 5 to flow regulation. The thermostatic valve 1 is transversal connected, through a joint pipe 6, to the T-shaped taps set 7. Said T-shaped taps set 7 provides, from the part where the cold water comes up, the inlet 8 of the water of the sanitary fitting 3. Downhill of the inlet 8 of the cold sanitary water is present a tap 9 to intercept sanitary water. At the other outlet of the T-shaped taps set 7 is connected a check valve 10. hi succession to the check valve 10 is set a first tap 11 to fill the heating fitting. At the outlet of the T-shaped taps set 7 is connected a conduit 12 of communication of the sanitary fitting with the heating plant, known as "filling loop". Connected to the other end of the conduit 12 is fixed a coupling 13 that includes a tap 14 of heating plant filling and, earlier in the process, a second check valve 15. Over the check valve 15 is connected a decanter 16 for the muds of the heating plant with under outlet tap 17. The decanter 16 is connected by a coupling 18 to the return circuit 19 of the heating plant. Transversally to the coupling 18 is placed a tap 20 of interception of the heating plant. In working phase the invented apparatus provides the start of the wall-mounted boiler 21. In all the instant and semi-instant wall-mounted boilers limiting devices of the sanitary water flow are present. These devices are placed onto the inlet of the water of the sanitary heat exchanger and they are gauged to give a high heating of the sanitary water, correlated to the maximum power of the boiler. But, in the sanitary fittings is not important to have too high water temperatures, such as this high temperature will cause burns to the users, but it is important to have a water flow sufficient to satisfy all the necessities. So to the maximum flow permits to the boiler and to high temperature is added cold sanitary water coming to the sanitary fitting 3 and brought by the joint pipe 6 to the thermostatic mixing valve 1. Here, the cold water is mixed with the high temperature hot sanitary water produced to the boiler by means of the thermostatic sensor 5 that keeps constant the inlet temperature on the base of the regulation driven to the knob 4. In this way is possible to obtain bigger water flow to the normally using temperature, in spite of the flow limit control placed in all the boilers. The invented apparatus moreover, by means of the check valves 10 and 15, has the possibility to prevent the inlet of polluting into the sanitary fitting 3. The decanter 16 for the muds of the heating plant, while proving to depurate the heating plant to the particles present in the fluid, to the different pollutings, of substances introduced to clean the radiators such as the antifreezing put in the fitting and then discharged by the discharge tap 17 and also for the cleaning of the same decanter, can be polluted source for the sanitary fitting. This possibility is excluded to the disposition and to the way permits to the flow to the check valves 10 and 15 connected by means of the conduit 12. Said valves, in series, infact permit to the sanitary water flow of only flowing with way from the sanitary fitting 3 to T-shapes taps set 7 to reach, further to, the decanter 16. The invented apparatus joints in a sole set the cited parts with mounting practicalness and increased flows to the hot water sanitary fitting. The invented apparatus, created on the base of what teaches in the description and in the claims, is illustrated in a merely and not limiting way in the drawings of sheets 1, 2, 3 and 4. In sheet 1 figure 1 is frontal view of the invented apparatus. Figure 2 is transversal section view of the apparatus. In sheet 2 figure 3 is frontal view of a wall-mounted boiler 21 with gas-pipe 22 connected to the boiler in an initial position. In sheet 3 figure 4 is frontal view of a wall-mounted boiler 23 with gas-pipe 24 in a central position. In sheet 4 figure 5 is transversal section view of the parts forming the invented apparatus. These two different uses, including the more common wall-mounted boilers, are different only for shape and dimensions of some parts.
