Abstract

Disclosed is a method that is based on a conventional perfume oil. For example, 7 parts of a solubilizer are homogeneously mixed with 2.5 to 3.5 parts of Hydrolite-5, whereupon 3 parts of perfume oil are added and mixed until a homogeneous, clear solution is obtained. Eighty parts are then deionized and are blown with nitrogen. Said preprocessed water is slowly added while being stirred vigorously. The final mixture is blown with nitrogen. The inventive perfume is composed of a solubilizer, Hydrolite-5, a perfume oil, and deionized water that is blown with nitrogen. Said perfume is less expensive to produce, stable, gentle to the skin, not subject to VOC taxes, and takes a long time to lose its fragrance.

Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von Parfüms auf Wasserbasis sowie Parfüm auf Wasserbasis Process for the preparation of water-based perfumes and water-based perfume

This invention relates to a process for the preparation of water-based perfumes, as well as perfumes produced by this process.

Traditionally, perfumes consist of a basic formula, a so-called perfume oil, containing u.a. Aldehydes, alcohol and esters, this basic formulation is then stabilized in alcohol to ensure a shelf life of the perfume and make it easy to apply. There are different basic types of perfumes in terms of their smell and their composition.

In the application of conventional perfumes on the skin evaporates within a few seconds about 20% to 30% of the applied liquid. Another 20 to 40% will evaporate within the next 3 to 4 hours, depending on the skin type. To what extent a person still smells of the applied perfume after 4 hours or not, depends further on whether they sweat especially during this time or otherwise has a strong body's own exhalation. After about 6 hours, only musk compounds (engls, muscs) remain on the skin, and a smell is perceptible only from close up, that means you have to go with the nose practically on the skin.

The object of the present invention is to provide a method for Specify production of perfume, in which is dispensed with the admixture of alcohol in the production of the perfume product, so it is therefore primarily water-based, which the production costs are much lower, no VOC levies are payable. Furthermore, it is an object to create a perfume with such a method, which brings a substantial full-scale mechanical attachment of an odor essence on the skin with much longer-lasting fragrance unfolding, which thus has a completely different and longer Verriechungsdauer and also a offers better skin compatibility.

This object is achieved by a process for the preparation of stable perfume water-based, in which, starting from commercial perfume oil, the following steps are carried out to produce applicable and stable, storable perfume: a) solubilizers mixed with Hydrolite-5, b) add perfume oil and mix until a homogeneous, clear solution is present, c) deionize water and blow out with nitrogen, d) slowly add this pretreated water with vigorous stirring, e) blow out the mixture with nitrogen.

Die Aufgabe wird weiter gelöst von einem Parfüm zur Applikation in flüssiger Form, bestehend ausThe object is further solved by a perfume for application in liquid form, consisting of

• einem Anteil Lösungsvermittler,• a proportion of solubilizers,

• einem Anteil Hydrolite-5 ,A proportion of Hydrolite-5,

• einem Anteil Parfümöl,• one share of perfume oil,

• einem Anteil deionisiertes und mit Stickstoff ausgeblasenem Wasser.• a portion of deionized and nitrogen-purged water.

As a solubilizer is particularly suitable PEG-7 Hydrogenated Castor oil or polysorbate-20 or a similar solubilizer. Liquid perfume produced in this way proves to be stable. At a temperature of 30 0 C, it remains stable for at least 6 months, and at least 2 years at room temperature. It can be prepared with this method starting from a variety of perfume oils stable water-based perfumes. Their advantage is that they are far more resistant to the skin after application remain and thus also have a completely new fragrance characteristic and spread. Your Verriechdauer is thus much longer. Even after a few hours, a treated person smells clearly of the perfume used. Moreover, such a perfume is far less problematic for allergy sufferers, as it only contains about 5 to 6% alcohol. Thus, it offers greatly improved skin compatibility than conventional alcohol-based perfumes.
