Abstract

L'invention porte sur une composition et un procédé permettant d'améliorer la vision d'un patient. La composition comprend un polymère choisi dans le groupe composé des silicones, des silicones fluorés, des perfluorocarbones, des alcools fluorés et des polyéthers fluorés avec ou sans solvant. Le procédé de l'invention consiste à appliquer la composition sur au moins une surface d'une lentille de contact apte à être insérée dans l'oeil d'un patient. Le polymère, ou une combinaison du polymère et d'un solvant, produit un film mince adhésif d'une épaisseur désirée permettant de distribuer le film mince adhésif à la surface d'une lentille de contact.
