Description
Title: THE INNER CAP FOR REFILLING
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an inner cap for a refill receptacle, and
in particular to an inner cap for a refill receptacle in which a lid of an inner cap
for a refill receptacle is configured in an opening and closing type and is
provided with an one touch type structure so that a lid is opened and closed
with a finger without applying over force. So, it is possible to easily open the lid
with a fingernail for a refill work, and a refill liquid can be fast injected so that an
entrance of a receptacle having a refill liquid gets closer to an outer surface of a
lid.
Background Art
According to an inner cap for a refill receptacle having skin lotion or
common lotion is designed to be refilled with a refill liquid by fully separating an
inner cap from the receptacle during a refill work. It takes too much time for
refilling liquid through a narrow mouth of a bottle. In the conventional art, a refill
work is performed after an inner cap is fully separated from a refill receptacle.
When an inner cap is separated from a receptacle, it is needed to apply a
certain force using a fingernail or a finger, which may result in a certain accident.
When an inner is separated using a nail or a pin, the inner cap may be
destroyed. When a certain tool is not found, too much time is consumed. With
these inconveniences, people at a commercial shop or home do not like to use
the same. So, recyclable refill receptacle and refill stuff may be consumed.
Therefore, resource may be consumed or a refill receptacle is not recycled, so
that an environment waste increases.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the
problems encountered in the conventional art.
It is another object of the present invention to provided an inner cap for
a refill receptacle in which assuming that an inner cap of a refill receptacle is
used for a refill work, a work for fully separating a lid of a receptacle is not
needed, and a mount of a bottle is opened by simply lifting up a lid using a
fingernail holder provided at a lid without providing over force when separating a
lid from a bottle, and an engaging shoulder portion is formed on an upper side
of a body so that it is provided below a lid for thereby preventing a lid from being
bent in an inner direction of a bottle. After a refill work is finished, it stands
upside down. With this construction, when an inner liquid is used, it is possible
to prevent a lid from being dropped. In the present invention, an outer blade is
formed at an outer surface which forms a bottle mouth, with stuff being provided
and discharged, and with the outer blade being designed to prevent it from
being opened in an upper direction when closing the same. A body comprises a
lid connected with the body through a connection part, a slot which is formed at
an inner surface of the upper side of the body to be engaged with the outer
blade of the lid, an engaging shoulder portion which prevents the lid from being
dropped down, and a fingernail holder for lifting up the lid during a refill work.
To achieve the above objects, there is provided an inner cap for a refill
receptacle which comprises an inner cap body and an inner cap lid.
In a detailed construction of the present invention, a lid of the inner cap
has a bottle mouth at a center portion, and an outer blade is formed at an outer
surface of the same. The lid of the same is integrally connected with the inner
cap body through the connection part. Here, in another embodiment of the
present invention, the lid and the body may not be integral. The lid may be
separable from the body of the inner cap. Only the lid of the inner cap may be
separated from the inner cap in such a manner that the inner cap is not
separated from the bottle. The outer blade is formed at the outer surface of the
lid so that the lid is prevented from being opened by the pressure of the stuff of
the receptacle when using the receptacle in an upside down. When the lid is
pressed down, it is accurately engaged with the slot formed at the inner surface
of the upper side of the body. When the lid is fully closed, and the stuff is
discharged onto a palm from the receptacle, the stuff is discharged from only
the bottle mouth. When the receptacle with stuff is upside down, the stuff is
discharged only through the bottle mouth. Namely, the stuff is not discharged
through other sides. The lid and the body are accurately engaged.
In the body of the inner cap, the slot engaged with an outer blade is
formed at an inner surface of the upper side, and an engaging shoulder portion
is formed immediately below the portion of the slot so that the lid is prevented
from being dropped down.
The inner cap of the refill receptacle may be selectively formed in the
type of the pet bottle or a glass bottle. In addition, the inner cap of the refill
receptacle may be formed of a vinyl pack in the present invention.
Brief Description of the Drawings
The present invention will become better understood with reference to the accompanying drawings which are given only by way of illustration and thus are not limitative of the present invention, wherein;
Figure 1 is a perspective view illustrating an inner cap for a refill
receptacle according to an embodiment of the present invention;
Figure 2 is a cross sectional view illustrating an inner cap for a refill
receptacle according to an embodiment of the present invention;
Figure 3 is a plane view illustrating an inner cap for a refill receptacle
according to an embodiment of the present invention;
Figure 4 is a view illustrating an engaged state of an inner cap for a refill
receptacle according to an embodiment of the present invention; and
Figure 5 is a view illustrating a use state of an inner cap for a refill
receptacle according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described
with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in Figure 1 , in the inner cap 1 of the refill receptacle
according to the present invention, the lid 10 is connected with the inner cap
body 20 through a connection part 13. The lid is provided with a bottle mouth 12
so that stuff such as skin lotion or common lotion is filled or discharged, and the
outer blade 11 is formed at an outer surface of the lid. An engaging shoulder
portion 21 is formed for thereby preventing the lid from being dropped down
when the lid is closed. A slot 22 engaged with the outer blade of the lid is
formed at an inner surface of the upper side of the engaging shoulder portion of
the inner cap body.
As shown in Figure 2, there are provided the outer blade 11 and the slot
22 on the lid of the inner cap and the body of the inner cap so as to prevent the
lid from being dropped in the lower direction when the lid is closed. The lid and
body contact with the engaging shoulder portion 20, so that the lid is prevented
from being opened in the down or up direction. In the present invention, the use
of the stuff is not inferred, and the injection of the stuff is not interfered during
the refill work. The outer blade is preferably formed in a shape of a circular
thread shape so that it is opened with a small force of a fingernail or nail. Here,
the shape of the slot is preferably matched with the shape of the outer blade.
The outer blade and the slot are provided with proper heights and depths.
Figure 3 is a view illustrating a proper size and position of a nail holder
and a preferred shape of the connection portion. The fingernail stopper is
formed at an inner outer surface of the body of the inner cap and is provided
with a certain size so that the stuff is not discharged only through the fingernail
holder. The fingernail holder is designed to insert a fingernail and lift up the
same for thereby opening the lid. An arc shaped connection portion connects
the lid and the body at the portion opposite to the fingernail holder. The arc
shaped connection portion is designed to be used for many times even when
the lid is frequently opened and closed for a refill work. In addition, the
connection portion may be formed in a certain structure proper for a smooth
opening and closing work.
Figure 4 is a view illustrating a construction that the inner cap is
engaged with the refill receptacle. The engaged receptacle 60 may be formed of
a pet bottle or a glass bottle or a vinyl pack. It may be formed of a certain
receptacle having the outer cap 50. It may be more preferably used under a
circumference that a frequent refill is needed.
As shown in Figure 5, the receptacle 70, which has refill liquid filled by
opening the lid of the inner cap of the refill receptacle, gets closer to the mouth
of a corresponding refill receptacle, and a certain open space is obtained, and
then refill liquid is filled. The refill work is fast and conveniently performed.
Industrial Applicability
As described above, the inner cap for a refill receptacle according to the
present invention may be well adapted to a commercial shop or home for an
easy or fast refill work, with the commercial shop or home needing many refill
works. In the present invention, it is possible to save resource as compared to
the conventional art in which a refill receptacle is used as a dispensable product.
It is possible to decrease the occurrence of wastes.
As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without
departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be
understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the
details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather
should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the
