Definitions
- the invention relates to a texturing machine for texturing a plurality of threads according to the preamble of claim 1.
- the bobbin change is carried out automatically, so that without manual intervention a thread can be continuously textured and wound in a processing station.
- a texturing machine is known for example from DE 197 05 810.
- a so-called Doffgang is formed on the machine parallel to the operation gear, through which the Spulenabtransport takes place. The operation is used here for the operation of the process units in particular for applying the threads before the start of the process.
- Texturiermaschine Regardless of the type of Texturiermaschine are the deducting, guiding,
- the largest installation spaces are required for the process units for temperature control of the threads. which leads in many cases to a multi-layered construction of the texturing machine.
- the integration of such elongated process units therefore usually requires additional auxiliary equipment for operating the processing units.
- the invention proceeds to thread guide a completely new way, which turns away from the fact that in a yarn path subsequently arranged process units are held one behind the other.
- the invention uses the depth of the machine to overlap the process units on the frame part of the machine frame facing the operating gear, wherein the thread guide takes place between the overlapping processing units by a deflection means. This allows a large number of process units to be integrated in a small space within a machine frame.
- the process unit facing the frame part has a holding device for receiving the overlapping process unit
- one of the process units can be integrated as a load-bearing element in the machine frame.
- the integration of the process units as load-bearing parts in the machine frame enables completely new rack systems, which only bring about the required stability together with the processing units. This makes it possible to realize very compact, user-friendly and cost-effective texturing machines.
- the process unit can preferably be used for stiffening the machine frame, in order to still ensure interchangeability of the process unit.
- the further development of the invention is particularly preferred, in which the processing units of the processing station are held in such a way that the process units are within the range of a control system.
- the application of the yarn at the beginning of the process and the bobbin change by an operator could be carried out in a simple manner.
- the further development of the invention provides for the frame part of the machine frame to be arranged between the operating gear and the gate frame and for which the process unit facing the frame part is formed by a substantially vertically oriented heating device with one heating tube per processing point is the advantage that even very long process units can be integrated within the machine frame at low heights.
- the deduction delivery unit assigned to the creel frame can advantageously be attached to the side of the heating device facing the operating passage.
- the development of the invention is preferably used, in which the heater per processing point has a passage for feeding the thread from a supply spool in the gate frame to the deduction delivery.
- feeds are preferably formed by guide tubes extending from the gate frame to the deduction delivery unit.
- the frame part is arranged on the side of the machine frame opposite the gate frame, and in which the process unit facing the frame part is formed by a set heater oriented essentially vertically, is characterized by the fact that in so-called Heater machines can be minimized the necessary parts to accommodate the process units.
- the process frame usually provided for receiving the set heating device and the adjacent winding frame carrying the take-up device can thus be combined to form a single frame part.
- a take-up device to the side of the set heating device facing the operating passage.
- the set heater on a holding device to facilitate the reception and fixation of the take-up in the machine frame, so that both the set heater and the take-up are held in a common frame part of the machine frame in a confined space next to each other.
- a cooling device determines the yarn path o- above the operating path.
- the formation of the cooling device by an actively coolable cooling tube is particularly preferred, which spans the operating passage substantially in a horizontal position with an inclination angle of 0 to 30 °, to be able to sufficiently cool threads even at low cooling lengths at high process speeds.
- the integration of the heating device on the rack frame facing the frame part of the machine frame also has the advantage that holding devices for additional units can be accommodated, by which processing point a second thread is feasible.
- the texturing machine can also be used for the production of composite threads.
