- Hyaluronic acid-containing microcapsules containing collagen and ceramide contain too little weight (less than 0.1% by weight) and penetrate into the stratum corneum and epidermis layer, from the dermis layer (skin The effect of moisturizing and stretching the skin (from the inside of the skin) (moisture effect) is not fully demonstrated.
- the amount of capsules (hyaluronic acid microcapsules containing collagen and ceramide) added to the gel-like basic cosmetic was determined to be in the range of 0.1 to 5% by weight.
- the accurate threshold value was set at 0.1% by weight at which the improvement of skin moisture and tension was actually confirmed as the lower limit of force that was considered to be 0.08% to 0.1% by weight.
- the coating amount of the hyaluronic acid microcapsules containing collagen and ceramide is increased from 3.5% by weight to 6.5% by weight every 0.5% by weight, and applied to the skin. Was checked.
- the applicability to the skin was determined by whether or not 70% of the subjects felt discomfort (foreign material sensation) when subjects applied to the skin. That is, when 70% or more of the subjects felt uncomfortable or foreign object feeling during application, it was determined that “I felt a foreign object feeling” (X in Table 2). If it was less than%, it was determined that there was no “foreign object sensation” (circles in Table 2).
- the gel-like basic cosmetic contains hyaluronic acid that does not constitute a microcapsule, collagen and ceramide that are not contained in the microcapsule.
- the content is about 1.2 to 1.8 times that of conventional cosmetics (for example, the cosmetic product “Sealab Aqua Collagen Gel” manufactured and sold by the applicant).
- the content of ceramide, collagen, and hyaluronic acid in the gel-like basic cosmetic is low, the moisture effect from the front side (skin layer side) of the skin may not be sufficiently exhibited.
- conventional cosmetics for example, the brand name “Shi Lab Aqua Aqua” manufactured and sold by the applicant.
- the gel-like basic cosmetic product itself becomes hard and uncomfortable for the user when placed on the skin. End up.
- the sticky feeling increases.
- the amount of collagen and hyaluronic acid is large, the basic cosmetic product becomes hard, and the amount of oil, ceramide, increases and the feeling of stickiness increases.
- the content of ceramide, collagen, and hyaluronic acid in the gel-like basic cosmetics is the same as that of conventional cosmetics (for example, the cosmetic product “Sealab Aquacollagen Gel” manufactured and sold by the applicant). ) Must be less than twice.
- the collagen contained in the microcapsule is a collagen tripeptide having a molecular weight of about 280, and the collagen contained in the gel basic cosmetic product has a molecular weight of 5000.
- Collagen tripeptides with a low molecular weight penetrate well into tissues inside the skin, whereas collagen with a high molecular weight (including microcollagen in addition to normal collagen) This is because the effect of covering and preventing drying is exhibited satisfactorily. That is, a collagen tripeptide having a small molecular weight (with a molecular weight of about 280) is incorporated in a microcapsule made of hyaluronic acid and is suitable for penetrating the inside of the skin. On the other hand, collagen having a large molecular weight (ordinary collagen and microcollagen) is suitable for being previously contained in a gel-like basic cosmetic product.
- the gel-like basic cosmetic further contains vitamin C, laminaria taroloica extract (amber ocean), which is an extract from seaweed, and Pervetianacari crata extract, which is also a seaweed extract.
- Vitamin C has a so-called “whitening” effect. However, since it oxidizes, the content must be kept to a very small amount.
- Laminaria taro leuca extract Amber Ocean
- Pervetiana canary crata extract which are seaweed extracts, are whitening ingredients comparable to bioantage.
- the Laminaria taroroika extract is a seaweed extract, but has the same action as DHEA (Anchoring Ginsing Hormone), that is, the action of rejuvenating the skin.
- Pervetianacaricrata extract has the effect of activating fibroblasts. The applicant applied a sample with a pervetia canarikurata extract content of 2% to 3% by weight, and the experiment showed that the activity of the fibroblasts increased from 0% to 115%. It has gained.
- Laminaria taro leuca extract (Amber Ocean) and Pervetianacana crata extract are seaweed extracts, and if the content is too large, the entire cosmetic product becomes brown and gives off a strange odor.
- Experiment 3 described below, when the total content of Laminaria taroroika extract (Amber Ocean) and Pervetianacana crutta echex exceeds 5% by weight, a bad odor is detected. I was able to do it.
- Spherical microcapsules with a diameter of 300 nm to 700 nm are manufactured with hyaluronic acid, and collagen and ceramide are accommodated inside. Then, 3.0% by weight of capsules (microcapsules made of hyaluronic acid containing collagen and ceramide) is added to the gel-like basic cosmetics.
- the hyaluronic acid that does not make up the product, collagen that is not contained in the microcapsules, and ceramide are 1.5 times the amount of conventional cosmetics (the cosmetics that are manufactured and sold by the applicant, the product name “Sealab Aqua Collagen Gel”). Contains the amount.
- a cosmetic test having such a composition was compared with a conventional cosmetic product (a cosmetic product manufactured and sold by the applicant under the name “Sealab Aqua Collagen Gel”).
