Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble barre omnibus pour une cellule électrolytique utilisée pour la production d'aluminium par électrolyse de sel de cryolite fondu, les cellules de la cellule électrolytique étant disposées côte à côte. Dans ladite barre omnibus, le collecteur de cathode amont et le collecteur de cathode aval de la cellule amont, les ensembles de connexion électrique, et les colonnes de montée d'anode associées à la cellule aval sont combinés dans des modules de barre omnibus individuels. Dans chaque module, au moins une colonne de montée d'anode est située sur le côté amont de la cellule aval et au moins une colonne de montée d'anode est située sur le côté aval de la cellule aval. Les colonnes de montée d'anode situées sur le côté amont sont connectées aux tiges de cathode des côtés amont et aval de la cellule amont. Les colonnes de montée d'anode sur le côté aval de la cellule aval sont connectées aux tiges de cathode et aux collecteurs de cathode du côté aval de la cellule amont. Les colonnes de montée d'anode amont et aval sont sensiblement symétriques autour d'un axe planaire court de la cellule.
