Abstract

La présente invention concerne une formulation pharmaceutique topique sous la forme d’une crème, d’un onguent, de suppositoires, d’une pâte, d’un lavement, respectivement, utile pour le traitement d’hémorroïdes et de fistules anales responsables de fissures. Ladite formulation est composée de D-panthénol, de L-cystéine, de N-acétyl-D, de L-homocystéine thiolactone, d’acétate d’hydrocortisone, d’iodochlorhydroxyquine et de lidocaïne. La formulation ci-dessus présente les actions pharmacologiques suivantes : elle active divers systèmes enzymatiques essentiels, spécialement sur les cellules endommagées. Elle présente une action antinécrotique curative préventive et maintient le potentiel d’oxydo-réduction. La formulation exerce une influence de détoxification et antiallergique. La formulation possède également une action antibactérienne, antifongique et anesthésiante locale.
