Abstract
L'invention concerne un dispositif (3) d'injection de produits humides et/ou collants, de préférence de cellulose, dans un broyeur (1) à lit fluidisé. Pour éliminer les difficultés d'injection et pour améliorer les propriétés du produit final, on propose selon l'invention que les composants du dispositif d'injection (3) soient un récipient cylindrique (10), un mécanisme de brassage (13) disposé dans le récipient (10) et doté d'un arbre central (21) ainsi qu'un transporteur (4) à vis doté d'une vis (14) et d'un cylindre (15) de vis. Le transporteur (4) à vis est disposé latéralement à côté de l'arbre (21) du mécanisme de brassage (13) dans la zone du fond (23) du récipient (10) et les cylindres de vis (15) communiquent l'un avec l'autre par une ouverture (24).
