Abstract

Disclosed are compositions and methods relating to the anthrax spore glycoproteins of Bacillus anthracis. Disclosed are the methods of using these compositions for vaccination against anthrax infection. Disclosed are BclA and BclB, components of anthrax spores, which can be used, either alone or in combination, as an antigen for eliciting protective immunity against anthrax.
