Abstract
Die Erfindung geht aus von einem Messgerät mit einer Signaleinheit (20) zum Senden eines Messsignals (22.1, 22.2) in einem für eine Messung angepassten Messfrequenzbereich (60, 62, 68, 70) und einer Auswerteeinheit (36) zur spektralen Auswertung eines vom Messsignal (22.1, 22.2) angeregten Auswertesignals (34.1, 34.2) in ein Messergebnis. Es wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Messgerät eine Signalbearbeitungseinheit (30) aufweist, die dazu vorgesehen ist, ein in einem Erzeugungsfrequenzbereich (48) liegendes Erzeugungssignal (26) zur Erzeugung des Messsignals (22.1, 22.2) vom Erzeugungsfrequenzbereich (48) in den Messfrequenzbereich (60, 62, 68, 70) zu versetzen.
