Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour la production d'hydrogène par une réaction de dissociation de l'eau au moyen d'un rayonnement solaire dans une chambre de traitement, ce procédé comprenant : a) une concentration du rayonnement solaire afin d'obtenir une intensité de rayonnement adaptée pour induire des réactions photochimiques de dissociation de molécules de vapeur d'eau, b) une soumission d'au moins une cible photo-catalytique au rayonnement solaire concentré, c) une dissociation en hydrogène et oxygène des molécules de vapeur d'eau d'une couche limite en contact avec les surfaces de ladite au moins une cible, d) une extraction sélective in situ de l'hydrogène produit au moyen d'au moins une membrane d'extraction sélective à l'hydrogène. Elle s'applique notamment pour la production d'hydrogène dans le domaine spatiale, dans le domaine des transports.
