[Best Mode]
Now, a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the annexed drawings.
A stopper 10 having a handle grip for a container 100, such as a synthetic resin bottle, a glass bottle or a paper pack, in accordance with the present invention comprises two holding portions 20 and 20' formed at both sides of an upper end of the side surface of the stopper 10. Thereby, the stopper 10 can be easily opened. The container 100, which can use the stopper 10 of the present invention, may be one selected from the group consisting of a synthetic resin bottle, a glass bottle and a paper pack. Preferably, the container 100 is a synthetic resin bottle. Further, preferably, the stopper 10 of the present invention is made of synthetic resin. Although the handle grip of the stopper 10 having two holding portions 20 and 20' formed at both sides of the upper end of the side surface of the stopper 10 so that a user grasps the two holding portions 20 and 20' with both hands so as to open the stopper 10 is illustrated, the handle grip of the stopper 10 may have a holding portion formed at one side of the upper end of the side surface of the stopper 10 so that the user grasps the one holding portion of the handle grip with one hand so as to open the stopper 10.
Handle grips, which can be applied to the stopper 10 of the present invention, are divided into an external handle grip having two holding portions, which are mounted directly on the upper end of the side surface of the stopper 10, as shown in FIG. 4, and an internal handle grip having two holding portions, which are mounted in side grooves 14 formed in the side surface of the stopper 10, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3. As shown in FIG. 4, the external handle grip having two holding portions, which are mounted directly on the upper end of the side surface of the stopper 10, has fixing protrusions 22 formed on the inner surfaces of the two holding portions, or does not have the fixing protrusions 22. Further, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the internal handle grip having two holding portions, which are mounted in the side grooves 14 formed in the side surface of the stopper 10, has the fixing protrusions 22 formed on the inner surfaces of the two holding portions, or does not have the fixing protrusions 22.
In the case that the fixing protrusions 22 are formed in the inner surfaces of the two holding portions of the handle grip and fixing grooves 12 are formed in the side surface of the stopper 10, when the handle grip is not used, the fixing protrusions 22 of the two holding portions of the handle grip are fixedly inserted into the fixing grooves 12 of the side surface of the stopper 10, and when the handle grip is required to be opened, a user unfolds the holding portions 20 and 20' of the handle grip in the direction orthogonal to the stopper 10 and then opens the stopper 10 by hand. Generally, the handle grip of the stopper 10 of the present invention is a foldable handle grip, in which the fixing protrusions 22 of the two holding portions of the handle grip are fixedly inserted into the fixing grooves 12 of the side surface of the stopper 1, when the handle grip is not used, and the stopper 10 is opened under the condition that the holding portions 20 and 20' of the handle grip are unfolded in the direction orthogonal to the stopper 10, when the handle grip is required to be opened. However, the handle grip of the stopper
10 of the present invention may be a supporter-type handle grip, in which the holding portions 20 and 20' of the handle grip are always unfolded in the direction orthogonal to the stopper 10.
