Abstract
La présente invention concerne un procédé d'obtention d'un jus contenu dans un corps, par exemple un jus de fruits, un jus de légumes ou similaires, dans lequel un ou plusieurs corps sont déchiquetés et exposés à des forces de poussée qui pressent et/ou écrasent le ou les corps. Le procédé consiste à déchiqueter en petits morceaux une première partie du corps et à déchiqueter une deuxième partie du corps en morceaux grossiers qui présentent en moyenne de plus grandes dimensions, par exemple une plus grande taille moyenne, une plus grande largeur moyenne, une plus grande diagonale moyenne, une plus grande longueur moyenne et/ou un plus grand diamètre moyen que les petits morceaux. Les morceaux de la première et de la deuxième parties sont rassemblés et en particulier mélangés, et la totalité des morceaux rassemblés subissent les forces de pressage.
