Abstract

Medizinisches Navigationssystem mit einer Erfassungseinrichtung zur vorzugsweise berührungslosen Erfassung der Lage eines mit mindestens einer Referenzmarke versehenen, zu behandelnden Körperteils eines Patienten sowie zur vorzugsweise berührungslosen Erfassung der Lage eines medizinischen Instrumentes, insbesondere Endoskops, dem mindestens eine Referenzmarke zugeordnet ist. Es ist eine zusätzliche Abstandsmesseinrichtung (27) zur vorzugsweise berührungslosen Messung des Abstandes (Di) eines Objektes (Ai), insbesondere einer Körperstelle des zu behandelnden Patienten von einer ausgezeichneten Stelle (9a) des medizinischen Instrumentes (9) vorgesehen.
