More particularly, the present invention relates to a system and a method, capable of allowing data exchangers to establish the best countermeasures during an emergency by communicating with each other using images including location information.
  • ⁇ 4> For instance, in the case of a fire, it is necessary to provide all relevant information regarding the type of fire extinguishing materials required, such as special materials suitable for suppressing combustion of chemicals, the characteristics of the fire location, casualties, scale of the fire, risk of the fire spreading, required equipment, and current status. However, it is almost impossible to completely and precisely deliver such a wide variety of information through voice communication. Therefore, emergency workers may arrive on the scene with insufficient information, so that various trials and errors may occur while controlling the situation, resulting in difficulty in managing the emergency.

Then, a geographic information server, to which the control signal of the administrating PC is transmitted, reads out map information of the location corresponding to the address data of the patient from a map memory to map data. Then, a video control server, to which the control signal of the administration PC is transmitted, displays images through a video terminal. And, the address management server acquires the most recent exact address linked with the stored address data of each police station and Korea Telecom. Abstract
