Abstract

A coffee machine boiler (1), comprising an pressurized water pump supplying water through a entry conduit (3), a heater element (5), such as a electric resistance, to heat boiler water, one or more elastic sealing elements (7, 9) between said boiler (1) and a filter-holder crane (11) below, and a supply valve (13), actuated by a elastic or spring element (15) able to pass, at the set pressure, hot boiler water into the filter below throughout the exit conduit (17), is disclosed. A separating element (19) is included inside the boiler (1) generating two chambers (21) and (23) hermetically separate inside the boiler (1), the chamber (21 ) being bounded below by the resilient sealing elements (7, 9) and adapted to generate the required pressure for operation of the water supplying mechanism to the filter in the filter-holder container below, and the upper chamber (23) being adapted to heating, by means of the heater element (5), infusion water.
