Abstract
L'invention concerne un écrou pour vis ou boulons fortement sollicités, qui présente une partie cylindrique (1) dont le diamètre correspond sensiblement au diamètre extérieur d'un écrou normalisé à six pans pour le diamètre correspondant du filet, une surface d'appui (2) qui s'étend, par usinage du filet (4) et de cette surface d'appui dans une fixation, en pratique exactement à la perpendiculaire de l'axe (3) du filet, et une configuration (6, 7) du filet, permettant de répartir le transfert des forces de la surface d'appui à plusieurs pas du filet, et à l'extrémité de la partie cylindrique non tournée vers la surface d'appui, une configuration (5) qui permet un engagement en correspondance géométrique avec un outil de rotation de l'écrou et un dispositif (8) de mesure de force intégré dans la partie cylindrique et qui mesure la force d'appui de l'écrou et donc la force de précontrainte de la vis.
