Abstract

La présente invention relève du domaine des systèmes de communications. Pour augmenter la vitesse de fonctionnement par réduction du délai de distribution d'information aux abonnés d'un système lors de la distribution de flux d'informations, un système télématique, qui comprend des dispositifs terminaux montés sur des objets fixes et mobiles d'abonnés du système, des téléphones mobiles connectés à la première entrée-sortie d'un commutateur par le biais d'un réseau de communications mobiles, un serveur de messages courts et des centres de répartition, est pourvu d'une unité de distribution de flux d'informations dont la première entrée-sortie est connectée à l'entrée-sortie du serveur de messages courts, la deuxième entrée-sortie est connectée à la deuxième entrée-sortie du commutateur et le groupe de troisièmes entrées-sorties est interconnecté aux entrées-sorties de centres de répartition correspondants.
