Abstract

La présente invention concerne un broyeur agitateur de micro-matières pour réduction granulométrique et dispersion de matière particulaire dans une boue qui comprend un cylindre qui possède une entrée et une sortie pour la boue, la surface intérieure du cylindre comportant des déflecteurs en forme de soufflet ; au moins un arbre rotatif conçu de façon centrale au cylindre ; une série de disques rotatifs conçus sur l’arbre, chaque disque comportant une ouverture extérieure pour faire passer la boue ; et un déflecteur prévu sur l’arbre rotatif entre les deux disques rotatifs, assorti aux déflecteurs prévus sur l’arbre, les déflecteurs, en association aux deux disques rotatifs, formant un compartiment entre les deux disques et dirigeant la boue et les matières de broyage pour circuler à l’intérieur du compartiment, optimisant l’attrition entre les matières de broyage et augmentant le temps de rétention de la boue dans le broyeur. En outre, le cylindre possède une pluralité de déflecteurs en forme de soufflet sur la surface intérieure assortis aux déflecteurs prévus sur la surface extérieure d’entretoises extérieures, formant ainsi au moins un compartiment en association aux disques rotatifs entre les deux disques rotatifs qui dirigent la boue et les matières de broyage pour circuler à l’intérieur du compartiment, optimisant ainsi l’attrition entre les matières de broyage et augmentant le temps de rétention de la boue dans le broyeur.
