Abstract

L'invention concerne, de manière générale, des séquences d'acides nucléiques codant pour des protéines qui sont liées à la présence de composés de réserve des graines dans les plantes. Plus spécifiquement, la présente invention concerne des séquences d'acides nucléiques de type PCT codant pour des protéines régulatrices du métabolisme des glucides et des lipides, ainsi que l'utilisation desdites séquences dans des plantes transgéniques. En particulier, l'invention concerne des procédés de manipulation de composés liés aux glucides ainsi que d'augmentation de la teneur en huile et de modification de la composition d'acides gras dans des plantes et des graines. L'invention concerne enfin des procédés d'utilisation desdits nouveaux polypeptides de plantes pour stimuler la croissance des plantes et/ou pour augmenter le rendement et/ou la composition de composés de réserve des graines.
