Abstract
Description
B e s c h r e i b u n g Description
Anordnungarrangement
The invention relates to an arrangement for the pivotable bearings of rotor blades, in particular a wind turbine.
In wind turbines, it is known, for example, to connect the rotor blades in the region of a rotor hub via rotary joints with the hub and to provide such with a ring gear, that in engaging the rotor blades are adjustable via an electric motor. The rotary joints are often designed and prestressed as double-row four-point rotary joints. For such rotary joints comparatively large bearing diameter are necessary with the appropriate performance of the wind turbine, which makes the rotor head with difficulty comparatively heavy. Further, in the rotary joints, there may be a disadvantage of false brinelling problems which shorten a life of the rotary joint. In addition, the technical solution described above, in particular based on the rotary joint, technically complex and therefore correspondingly expensive.
An object of the invention is therefore to provide an arrangement for the pivotable bearings of rotor blades, in particular a wind turbine such that a simple and thus cost rotor blade bearing high life is achieved. The object is solved by the subject-matter of claims 1 and 5. Advantageous embodiments are described in the subclaims.
According to claim 5, in an arrangement for supporting at least one rotor blade, comprising a rotor blade bearing for pivoting the rotor blade about its main axis, the rotor blade bearing is designed as a slide bearing.
Characterized in that instead of the usual ball slewing in conjunction with at least in the hub hollow body-like rotor blades now slide bearings are used in conjunction with connected to the rotor blades shafts, advantageously the diameter of the bearings can be kept relatively small, so that advantageously a compact rotor head the wind turbine results. Furthermore, in connection with the plain bearings with particular advantage no false brinelling problems and a relatively low wear to be expected, so that lifetimes of 20 years and more can be achieved. Furthermore, the plain bearings are compared to the usual ball slewing comparatively simple and thus cost feasible.
According to claim 1, in an arrangement for supporting at least three rotor blades, comprising a rotor blade bearing for pivoting the rotor blades about their respective major axis, they are formed so that the major axis of one of the rotor blades with the major axes of the other two each having a crossing point, wherein the two crossing points spaced apart from each other.
As a result, it is advantageously possible, in particular in connection with a design of the rotor blade bearing as sliding bearing, to arrange the bearings of all rotor blades including their means for adjusting the rotor blades in a compact and space-saving manner on a common, for example disk-like supporting body. As a result, the weight of the rotor head is advantageously kept comparatively low. Furthermore, said arrangement allows with particular advantage a common adjustment for all rotor blades, which in turn is associated with corresponding cost and weight benefits.
Further advantages, features and details of the invention will become apparent from the exemplary embodiment of the invention described below with reference to FIG.
The figure shows as an embodiment of the invention in the form of a schematic diagram of an arrangement for supporting three rotor blades 10. The arrangement comprises a disc-like support body 5. In a wind turbine with a rated power of 1.5 MW, for example, would be a diameter of the disc-like support body in the 2-meter range. Each of the rotor blades 10 comprises the actual rotor blade area, which is connected via a blade adapter 14 with a blade bearing axis 12.
Each of the journal bearing shafts 12 is mounted so as to be pivotable about the main axis of the respective rotor blade 10 via two radial sliding bearings 22 spaced apart from each other in the axial direction and two axial sliding bearings 24. In this case, at least parts of the axial and radial plain bearings 22 and 24 may be designed to form a structural unit. All plain bearings 22 and 24 are arranged in an area around the center of the support body 5 around, so that each of the major axes of the rotor blades 10 intersects the two other major axes at one point, the two intersections are spaced from each other. In other words, the sliding bearings 22 and 24 are arranged such that the three blade bearing shafts 12 on the support body 5 form approximately an isosceles triangle.
In a central region of the support body 5, central drive means 32 are arranged for pitch adjustment of the three rotor blades 10. The drive means 32 are in this case connected to transmission means 34, which transmit the outgoing from the drive means 32 adjusting forces corresponding to the blade bearing shafts 12. For this purpose, the transmission means 34 are each in a region between the two radial sliding bearings 22 of each rotor blade 10 with the respective sheet storage axis 12 engaged. In this case, the transmission means 34 may be formed with a rack-like region which cooperates with a suitably formed area on the blade bearing shafts 12. The drive means 32 may comprise a hydraulic cylinder or conversion means for converting rotational into linear movements, in particular a screw drive or a ball screw drive. In still other embodiments, the three rotor blades 10 may be equipped for their adjustment with three independently formed adjusting drives.
In other embodiments, only two or more than three rotor blades may be provided. In yet other embodiments, the arrangement described above may also be an adjustable ship propeller.
