Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Lösung für die Augendiagnostik, bei der Stereobilder des menschlichen Augenhintergrundes ausgewertet werden. Die erfindungsgemäße Vorrichtung besteht aus einer, vor dem Frontobjektiv (1) eines ophthalmologischen Gerätes angeordneten planparallelen Platte (2) bekannter Dicke, einem Stellmechanismus, einer Bildaufnahmevorrichtung (16) und einer Steuereinheit (5). Die planparallele Platte kann dabei beliebige Winkelstellungen einnehmen, wobei die planparallele Platte nach dem Bestimmen eines optimalen Auslenkwinkels alpha in die andere optimale Lage bei alpha bewegt wird und in beiden Lagen von der Bildaufnahmevorrichtung jeweils ein Bild des Augenhintergrundes aufgenommen und im Speicher der Steuereinheit zur Auswertung und/oder Archivierung gespeichert werden. Die vorgeschlagene Lösung ist zwar vorzugsweise für Funduskameras vorgesehen, aber prinzipiell auch für andere ophthalmologische Geräte einsetzbar. Es wird eine Lösung zur Verfügung gestellt, die im Vergleich zum Stand der Technik deutlich einfacher in der Handhabung ist und sicher stellt, dass die individuellen Bedingungen jedes Patienten optimal berücksichtigt werden und zur Diagnose immer der maximal mögliche Stereoeffekt zur Verfügung steht.
