Abstract

La présente invention concerne un paquet de cigarettes comprenant un corps (lθ) de section quadrangulaire ayant une ouverture au sommet, un espace intérieur et une partie d'incision (A) formée transversalement et espacée d'une distance fixe de l'extrémité supérieure de la face avant du corps, un couvercle (20) étant connecté à l'extrémité supérieure de l'arrière dudit corps (lθ) pour permettre un mouvement de rotation et l'ouverture et la fermeture au sommet dudit corps (lθ) ; un ressort à lame (30) est disposé dans la face interne dudit couvercle (20) pour ouvrir et fermer élastiquement ledit couvercle (20), une plaque élastique (13) adhérant fermement à l'intérieur dudit corps (lθ), la partie centrale de sa face avant étant partiellement découpée et repliée vers le haut et un papier intérieur formant une rainure d'encliquetage (a) sur la partie centrale de ladite plaque élastique (13) de sorte que son ouverture et sa fermeture soient assurées malgré l'usage continu ; avant la première ouverture du couvercle, les produits sont transportés avec un ressort à lame à l'intérieur recouvrant le sommet de la partie intérieure pour éviter l'endommagement des produits, le ressort à lame étant en outre fabriqué en simple film à lame mince, ce qui permet une fabrication et une maintenance aisées.
