Abstract

L'invention concerne une sonde, par exemple destinée à protéger les tissus des parois rectales et anales pendant une radiothérapie, par exemple une sonde à intracavité insérable utilisée, par exemple, dans la radiothérapie appliquée à la prostate, ladite sonde comprenant au moins une tige avec une extrémité distale fermée. Ladite tige est pourvue d'un dispositif gonflable, par exemple un ballonnet et/ou une membrane élastique, le dispositif gonflable venant sensiblement en contact avec une surface extérieure de la tige lorsque le dispositif gonflable se trouve en position dégonflée. L'invention concerne également un système de planification et d'administration d'un traitement de radiothérapie d'un organe interne d'un patient à l'aide d'un dispositif d'émission de rayonnements, comprenant un dispositif d'émission de rayonnements et une sonde selon l'invention destinée à être insérée dans une cavité d'un patient lors de l'administration d'une dose à l'aide du dispositif d'émission de rayonnements.
