Abstract

Selon l'invention, un système d'entraînement destiné à un élément de fixation médical est constitué d'un outil d'entraînement pourvu d'une pointe d'entraînement correspondant étroitement à un évidement formé dans la tête d'un élément de fixation fileté. L'élément de fixation chirurgical comprend une tête possédant un logement quadrilobé correspondant étroitement à la pointe quadrilobée de l'outil. Les surfaces d'entraînement solidaires permettent d'aligner l'élément de fixation et l'outil coaxialement et d'obtenir quatre points de contact équidistants autour de la circonférence de l'élément de fixation, d'où une réduction considérable des excursions angulaires de l'élément de fixation lors de sa mise en place dans l'os.
