Abstract

L'invention concerne une unité externe de type à aspiration/refoulement frontal pour un conditionneur d'air de type à deux blocs installé dans une ouverture d'un mur extérieur d'un bâtiment, cette unité servant à aspirer l'air extérieur de la surface frontale, à effectuer un échange thermique et à refouler l'air thermiquement traité. Deux ventilateurs Sirocco à débit de ventilation relativement élevé envoient l'air extérieur à des condensateurs, ces ventilateurs Sirocco étant entraînés par des moteurs BLDC résistants et très performants. Même si l'air est aspiré d'un espace restreint ou refoulé dans un espace restreint, la quantité et le rendement de la ventilation peuvent être augmentés pour améliorer les performances de refroidissement et réduire les bruits gênants.
