Abstract
L'invention concerne une seringue à plusieurs cylindres (10) pour plusieurs substances (20, 24), présentant au moins un cylindre de seringue extérieur (12), pourvu d'une sortie d'injection (26), et un cylindre de seringue intérieur (14), contenu au moins partiellement dans le cylindre de seringue extérieur (12) et pouvant coulisser dans le sens longitudinal d'un premier état proximal déployé à un état distal rétracté, un élément d'arrêt (38) faisant ressort étant prévu, lequel élément bute contre une butée (29) en position déployée de la seringue à plusieurs cylindres, évitant ainsi un coulissement de la seringue à plusieurs cylindres en position rétractée. L'objectif de cette invention est de faciliter le mélange et l'injection des substances (20, 24). A cet effet, le cylindre de seringue intérieur (14) présente un piston avant (30), entrant en contact étanche avec la paroi intérieure (32) du cylindre de seringue extérieur (12). Ce piston avant (30) présente un clapet de décharge (46) ou un clapet antiretour, reliant la cavité (22) du cylindre de seringue intérieur (14) à la cavité (18) du cylindre de seringue extérieur (12) distalement par rapport au piston avant (30), la substance (20) du cylindre de seringue extérieur (12) étant contenue dans la cavité (18) distalement par rapport au piston avant (30) et une substance (24), contenue dans le cylindre de seringue intérieur (14), pouvant être pressée dans la cavité (18) distalement par rapport au piston avant (30) par un coulissement du piston arrière (16) de l'état déployé à l'état rétracté. L'élément d'arrêt (38) est placé sur le cylindre de seringue intérieur (14) et fait ressort en position déployée du cylindre de seringue intérieur (14) vers l'extérieur, empêchant ainsi le cylindre de seringue intérieur (14) d'avancer. Cette invention concerne également un procédé correspondant pour mélanger plusieurs substances dans une seringue à plusieurs cylindres.
