Abstract

L'invention concerne un contenant d'un produit alimentaire à base de liquide et un produit alimentaire à base de liquide emballé, tel qu'une soupe. Un contenant contient un élément externe et un élément de séparation interne qui est placé à l'intérieur de l'élément externe pour définir ces cavités interne et externe. Un liquide, tel que de l'eau ou un consommé, et au moins un assaisonnement sont placés dans la cavité interne. Des particules, telles que des particules de viande et de légumes et, si besoin, de l'eau sont placés dans la cavité externe. Les assaisonnements sont séparés et l'assaisonnement se diffuse dans les particules. Ainsi, le goût des différents ingrédients est conservé. Un élément d'étanchéité s'étend au sommet des éléments interne et externe pour fermer l'emballage. Lorsque l'élément d'étanchéité est retiré pour ouvrir l'emballage, l'eau ou le consommé et l'assaisonnement, et les particules et toute eau peuvent être déversés de leurs cavités respectives d'un seul mouvement. La réduction ou l'élimination de la diffusion des assaisonnements dans les particules, permet d'ajouter des quantités réduites de sel et autres assaisonnements dans les produits soupe traités et d'ajouter du sel ou autres assaisonnements juste avant la cuisson, ce qui donne un goût plus naturel. La séparation du consommé et des particules dans un contenant permet de réduire les temps de stérilisation.
