Abstract
L'invention concerne un tube de protection, applicable à la protection mécanique et thermique de faisceaux de câbles, conduites de gaz et substrats tubulaires en général, du type de ceux formés pour plusieurs fils tressés entre eux et possédant la particularité de comporter des fils de matière polymère à rétrécissement élevé par le biais de l'application de chaleur, sa capacité de rétrécissement étant égale ou supérieure à 10%. La matière polymère pouvant consister en du polyester, du polyamide, du propylène ou du polyéthylène et, les fils à rétrécissement élevé consistant en des fils multifilaments et/ou monofilaments.
