Abstract
Selon la présente invention, un système de prévention de la condensation de rosée dans une chambre de stockage repose sur la construction d'une chambre de stockage dotée d'un espace restreint, d'un appareil de conditionnement d'air connecté à la chambre de stockage et d'une chambre de conditionnement d'air pourvue dudit appareil de conditionnement d'air dans l'autre espace, sur la transformation de l'air dans la chambre de conditionnement d'air en air sec à un taux d'humidité prédéterminé par ledit appareil de conditionnement d'air, sur l'écoulement de l'air sec transformé dans la chambre de conditionnement d'air jusque dans la chambre de stockage à travers la fente d'écoulement d'air sec, et sur le déchargement de l'air humide existant dans la chambre de stockage à travers une fente de décharge à sens unique par le biais de la différence de densité entre l'air sec soufflé dans la chambre de stockage et l'air humide sortant de cette dernière. Ce système peut être utilisé pour éliminer efficacement la vapeur dans la chambre de stockage, même si le système fonctionne par intermittence, non en continu, ce qui permet d'éliminer complètement la condensation de la rosée.
