Abstract

De nombreuses bifidobactéries probiotiques contiennent un tetW actif rendant les cellules résistantes à la tétracycline. Il peut ainsi y avoir un risque de transfert horizontal des gènes antibiotiques fonctionnels. La présente invention concerne une méthode d'obtention de nouvelles souches sensibles à la tétracycline du genre Bifidobacteriacea (Bifidobacterium sp.). La présente invention concerne plus particulièrement de nouvelles souches sensibles aux antibiotiques obtenues de souches probiotiques résistantes aux antibiotiques, et l'utilisation de ces nouvelles souches dans la préparation d'un aliment ou d'un produit alimentaire ou d'une forme posologique comprenant des organismes viables.
