Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble clapet de distribution destiné à réguler le débit d'un fluide contenu dans un contenant, ce contenant étant pourvu d'un couvercle dans lequel est pratiquée une ouverture, l'ensemble clapet comprenant un siège de clapet et une feuille souple pourvue d'un trou, laquelle feuille souple présente une surface intérieure faisant face au siège de clapet et une surface extérieure faisant face au couvercle du contenant, ce siège de clapet comportant (a) un fond, (b) au moins un passage formé à travers le fond et prévu pour admettre le fluide contenu dans le contenant, (c) un élément en saillie qui présente une surface de siège coopérant avec le trou pratiqué dans la feuille pour fournir un premier clapet, laquelle surface de siège obture le trou et ferme ainsi le premier clapet lorsque le contenu du contenant n'est pas sous pression et (d) au moins un élément de retenue prévu pour maintenir une partie périphérique de la feuille souple en contact avec le couvercle, de sorte qu'une partie périphérique de cette feuille est maintenue en contact avec le couvercle et qu'une autre partie périphérique de ladite feuille n'est pas maintenue en contact avec ledit couvercle pour fournir un second clapet, la partie de la feuille qui n'est pas maintenue en contact avec le couvercle entrant en contact avec ce dernier et fermant le second clapet lorsque le contenu du contenant est sous pression. Lorsqu'une pression est appliquée sur la surface intérieure de la feuille, cette feuille est écartée de la surface de siège et le contenu du contenant peut être distribué par le trou pratiqué dans la feuille souple et, lorsque la pression appliquée sur la surface intérieure de la feuille est inférieure à la pression appliquée sur la surface extérieure, le contenant est éventé par l'air passant à travers l'ouverture pratiquée dans le couvercle, entre ce couvercle et les parties périphériques de la feuille non maintenues en contact avec ledit couvercle, et entrant dans le contenant à travers ledit au moins un passage formé dans le fond du siège de clapet.
