Abstract

L'invention concerne des materiaux et des procédés d'amélioration de l'ingénierie tissulaire. L'invention concerne, plus particulièrement, l'identification de structures avantageuses d'échafaudage à base d'une matrice extracellulaire susceptibles d'être utilisées pour moduler l'ensemencement, la fixation, la culture, la prolifération et/ou la différenciation cellulaire par rapport à une cellule cible. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, les échafaudages de l'invention servent à moduler les cellules souches. Dans des modes de réalisation spécifiques, une préparation membranaire ou une gélatine peuvent servir à enrober des échafaudages de polycaprolactone (PCL) utilisés pour l'ensemencement, la fixation, la culture, la prolifération et/ou la différenciation cellulaires.
