Abstract

A combustion arrangement which supplies fluid necessary for combustion, supplying a fluid supply path in which is located one or more electrodes for applying a charge to the fluid upstream from the injector. A combined heat exchanger and charging block (28) operates in conjunction with a series of electrodes (29) electrically connected and parallel to circuitry (30). Hot water would pass through block (28) in order to transfer heat to fuel. Once charged, the fuel is then pumped through the engine fuel pump to a compressor engine which may be fixed.
