Abstract

Es werden Mikropartikel vorgeschlagen, die einen Kern von kolloidaler Größe, eine den Kern umgebende Hüllschicht, die mehrere Schichten alternierend geladener Polyelektrolyte und/oder alternierend geladener Nanopartikel aufweist, eine die Hüllschicht umgebende bi- oder multilamellare Lipidschicht, und Viren, Virosomen oder virenähnliche Partikel, welche in die Lipidschicht integriert oder mit dieser verschmolzen sind, aufweisen.
