Such a small format book can be read and observed by successively unfolding the various components until obtaining a complete frieze, for example illustrated. With each unfolding of a shutter, the illustration can enrich, complement or reveal itself to offer, at the end of the unfolding, a rich and long illustrated frieze.

Such a booklet is for everyone, but especially for young children. In this case, in fact, with each flap turned, the child sees under his eyes the illustration lengthen. At each moment of the story, he can ask a question about the previous steps or remember what happened from the beginning. At the end of the book, in front of this long illustrated frieze which has unfolded to him over the unfolded shutters, the child contemplates a vast panoramic picture and can return to the whole action. The invention thus allows the realization of a book, which is both a small book and a long panoramic poster. In the case of four-color printing, as in the example illustrated above, the invention makes it possible to achieve a noticeable saving in printing, by producing four-color printing on the front and printing in black and white on the back.

The invention also makes it possible to obtain a book that is particularly economical, requiring the cutting of only one page per book, without any stitching and without binding, the book being formed by simply folding the first part on the whole other shutters folded into snails.

The invention makes it possible, if desired, to develop adapted scenarios providing for the step-by-step discovery of a set that is only revealed when the work is completely unfolded. When reading, a discovery, a transformation, a meeting or a action that supports the interest of readers throughout history, appears with each unfolding of a component.
