An inflatable support pillow to be worn against the torso of a nursing to enable support of a child having adjacent side portions to provide support for elbows and forearms of the user, distal ends extending at least partially behind user's elbow, an adjustable strap routed around user's back, and an inflatable back support attached to said snap
