Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif destinés à éclairer une plaque multipuits, à collecter la lumière à partir d'une zone cible avec les puits de la plaque multipuits, à transmettre cette lumière à un vidéo-détecteur réseau, à détecter les cibles discrètes dans les puits de la plaque et à rattacher ente elles des images de la plaque multipuits. Ce dispositif et ce procédé peuvent comprendre la détection d'un microréseau et des cellules non ordonnées dans les puits. Ils peuvent également comprendre des éléments destinés à l'homogénéisation de la lumière, à la formation de la lumière d'éclairage afin d'éclairer une zone sélectionnée du réseau, à l'éclairage hors axe ainsi qu'à la modulation spatiale de la lumière d'éclairage.
