Abstract

The invention relates to the petrol industry. The inventive oil recovering method consists in receiving a raw material in a raw material receiving station, in settling said raw material for removing water and mechanical impurities, in transferring the thus settled raw material to a unit for chemical treating and coagulating, in mixing a mixture of waste oil and coagulant with air, settling said mixture until creaming, in flowing by gravity the thus cleaned oil according to the quality thereof to an intermediate station and, afterwards, to a vacuum drying unit or to a station for preparing a raw material for vacuum distillation, in supplying the dried oil to a contact treatment unit for adsorption refining and filtration, in transferring the thus refined oil to a refined oil station, in removing waste waters from the chemical treatment and coagulation station to an oil trap, in transferring the mixture of waste oils to the station for preparing the raw material for vacuum distillation, in mixing it for obtaining a uniform constant-quality raw material and in supplying it to vacuum distillation, wherein light fractions are separated for the use thereof in a furnace in the form of a fuel and fuel gases are used for evaporating alkali flows, and in extracting bottoms, in pumping out target oil fractions to a vacuum distillate station, in exposing said fractions to contact treatment and filtration, in collecting them in a cleaned oil station and transferring said fractions for mixing with additives according to a specified formulation.
