Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zur Entfernung von Ammoniak oder flüchtigen Aminen aus einer chemischen Reaktionslösung.The invention relates to a device for removing ammonia or volatile amines from a chemical reaction solution.

Zahlreiche chemische Reaktionen verlaufen unter Abspaltung von Ammoniak oder flüchtigen Aminen. In vielen Fällen verursachen der Ammoniak oder die flüchtigen Amine unerwünschte Nebenreaktionen. Es besteht deshalb ein Be¬ darf an Vorrichtungen, durch die der bei einer chemischen Reaktion entstehen¬ de Ammoniak oder das flüchtige Amin schnell und vollständig aus der Reaktios- lösung entfernt wird. Besonders wichtig ist das bei Gleichgewichtsreaktionen, bei denen eine vollständige Umsetzung nur dann zu erreichen ist, wenn der entstandene Ammoniak oder das flüchtige Amin aus dem Gleichgewicht rasch entfernt wird. Ein Beispiel für eine derartige Reaktion ist die Umsetzung von Harnstoff mit Ethylenglykolen zu Carbamaten und Carbonaten nach folgenden Reaktionsgleichungen:Numerous chemical reactions proceed with elimination of ammonia or volatile amines. Diese Mischung wird dann durch den Sprühkopf (4) in den Sprühreaktor (3) gesprüht, in dem ggf. auch unter Anwendung von Unterdruck der entstan- dene Ammoniak oder das flüssige Amin abgezogen wird. Der Ammoniak oder das Amin kann dann über den Rührreaktor (1) und einen Kühler (6) abgezogen und entweder wieder gewonnen oder über einen Abzug frei gesetzt werden.
