Abstract
人工呼吸器21による気管13への送気および排気は、気管カニューレ14を通して行い、一方、痰が溜まった場合には、チューブポンプ16Aを作動し、その負圧により吸引チューブ15を通して痰が体外に排出される気管内痰の吸引装置であって、痰吸引器16としてチューブポンプ16Aを採用することにより、肺に陽圧を作用させている場合でも人工呼吸器12の気道内圧が殆ど変動せず、人工呼吸を維持したまま痰の処理ができ、痰の収集ビン17から排出された空気中の感染性病原体よる二次感染を防止することができる。
