Abstract

L'invention concerne des procédés de conception d'installations de traitement de fluides hydrocarbonés, ainsi que des procédés de production de fluides hydrocarbonés utilisant de telles installations. Plus particulièrement, certaines formes d'exécution de l'invention ont trait à des procédés de conception d'installations de liquéfaction de gaz naturel, et à des procédés de production de GNL utilisant de telles installation de liquéfaction. Une forme d'exécution de l'invention concerne un procédé de conception d'une installation de traitement de fluides hydrocarbonés, procédé caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend les étapes suivantes : A) fournir une configuration d'unité de traitement pour une ou plusieurs unités de traitement comprises dans une installation de traitement de fluides hydrocarbonés ; B) déterminer un coût de rapport de capacité pour une pluralité de types de matériels compris dans lesdites unités de traitement ; C) exécuter un modèle de simulation de processus permettant d'obtenir une simulation de processus pour ladite configuration d'unité de traitement, ladite simulation comprenant la capacité estimée de la pluralité de types de matériels ; E) modifier une variable de processus dans le modèle de simulation de processus ; et F) répéter plusieurs fois les étapes C à E.
