For this reason, the aberration correction lens 4 can be moved in the direction A by an arbitrary amount by repeating the cycle so as to obtain a desired movement amount. This movement is performed by repeating a nano-order movement amount per cycle in a high-frequency cycle of the order of several hundred kHz.
