Abstract

A mechanical valve acts according to the foot pressure and placed under the user's foot it consists of two rooms: a lower one having a water-entry opening (i) and an upper one connected to the water-exit opening (ii) and between them an opening controlled to let or prevent the water using a vertical crank (3) of a valve (4) coming from an opening in the middle of the main valve with a pedal (5) fixed at its end to press the valve (4) to be opened. The crank (3) is always fixed up by spiral spring (6) above the valve below the pedal (5) to be fixed and not to allow the water flows until we press the pedal.

When the ray of the photo-cell is interrupted by the user's hand ( or even by a small paper), the water flows non-stop . On the contrary, when it isn't interrupted the water stops . the photo-cell system is very expensive and high-priced . in addition , it can't be used in all places and its upkeep is high-priced also if there was a fence ( even a small paper) , the water flows non-stop until the fence is relieved.
Disclosure of the Invention:
A mechanical valve acts according to the foot pressure and placed above or under the floor The valve consists of two rooms: a lower one having a water-entry opening and an upper one that leads to the water-exit opening .there is an opening between them controlled to let or prevent the water flow by a valve having a vertical crank coming from an opening above the valve with a pedal fixed at the end to press the valve to be opened. The crank is always fixed up by a spiral spring above the valve and under the pedal to shut the valve and prevent the water flow until we press the pedal.
The valve is made of steel or cast iron or copper and working mechanically.
There has been a modification in hot-cold water blender, as usual, when we use the blender and open the hot water clasp and the cold water clasp the water is blended according to the required ratio in the blending room then to the user's hand directly . But after the modification the hot and the cold water are blended in the blending room then not to the user's hand directly, but to an opening leads to the valve below , then by pressing the pedal it goes to a room above the blending room , then to the user's hands . Consequently, it saves the expenses and cost .and became easily-used and low priced. This valve is used to control the water flow letting it when it is needed only. Consequently, saves the excess water that is wasted.
The fields of usage are many:
In mosques as it saves about 60 % of the used water in ablution ,while brushing teeth , shaving and also in washing the dishes . Another very important usage on public beaches where there are many showers along the beach that work non-stop during the summer and thus we save millions of cubic meters of water yearly consequently, the valve save more than 60 % of the wasted water in all fields of usage at homes , in mosques and on beaches and also save more than 60 % of electricity and gas used in running heaters and also relieve the pressure on the health-deflation system in the same ratio and consequently save millions of pounds yearly.
Brief Description of the valve drawings:
L a cylindrical body (1) of the valve having a water-entry opening (/) and a water-exit opening Qi)
2. a stainless steel core (9) pushed into the lower part of the valve to rest on the bulge existed in the middle and having an opening closed by the valve (4).
3. a hemispherical stainless steel valve(4) at the bottom having a vertical crank coming from an opening in the middle of the valve .
4. a dart (8) tied onto the exit opening of the valve crank using a suitable padding to prevent the water escape from the opening
5. a pedal settled at the end of the crank to press the valve .
6. a spiral spring pulling the valve to be always closed
7. a spigot shutting the bottom of the valve (7)

Claims

1- A mechanical valve acts according to the foot pressure controlling the water flow .controlling the water flow in all fields .
2- a modification in hot-cold water blender .as the water doesn't get out to the user's hand directly but it exits from an opening in the blending room into the valve below . after pressing the pedal the water goes to the blender then directly to the user's hand .
