Abstract

La présente invention concerne des structures laminées polymères souples. Une première couche polymère (par exemple, du polyuréthanne biocompatible) est moulée par dessus un support (par exemple, un châssis ou une autre couche polymère) par séchage à partir d'une solution. Une couche poreuse de fibres polymères(par exemple, du polyuréthanne biocompatible) est appliquée sur la première couche polymère. Une couche barrière de protection (par exemple, de l'or) est appliquée sur la couche poreuse. Une autre couche polymère est appliquée par dessus la couche poreuse, ce qui permet la fixation de l'autre couche polymère sur la couche poreuse par clavetage. Les couches polymères peuvent être renforcées par des fibres, par exemples, des nanotubes de carbone. Les structures laminées décrites dans cette invention sont particulièrement utiles en tant que clapets pour valvules cardiaques.
