Abstract

The invention relates to adjusting the proportion of components for mixing in a continuous flow. The inventive device relates to gear-type injection mixers. The aim of said invention is to develop a steplessly variable precision-stable mode for adjusting a mixing multiplicity and/or performance in a continuous flow. The aim is attainable by that the operating volume of the inter-tooth cavity of a gear-driven rotor (2) of a gear-type pump is modifiable with the aid of the gear-type pump adjustable element (4) and mechanism by axially displacing said adjustable element along the teeth prior to the entry thereof in the enveloping surface of the rotor cavity of the gearing mechanism.
