Description

Title: THE TAEKWONDO ROBE'S BELT
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a belt for Taekwondo uniform, and in
particular to a belt for a Taekwondo uniform which is used for a uniform of a
Taekwondo and has a certain recognition pattern by which a user can easily
learn a certain technique based on a skill level of a user.
Background Art
Generally, a Taekwondo becomes a popular sport in domestic and
foreign countries. Wearing a uniform, the player of the Taekwondo practices
various techniques.
The upper garment of the uniform is provided with a belt of a white color,
a yellow color, a blue color, a red color and a black color which is determined
based on a player's skill level. With the above construction, others can easily
recognize the skill levels of the players.
The conventional belt of the uniform of the Taekwondo has only a
limited function of classifying the skill levels of the users in a uniform wearing
state. For example, a value added function, which is helpful for learning the skill
level of the user, cannot be obtained based on the skill level of the user. Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to overcome the
above problems.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a belt for a
uniform of a Taekwondo in which a skill level of a user can be easily recognized,
and a certain technique corresponding to a skill level can be more easily
learned.
Brief Description of the Drawings
Figure 1 is a view illustrating a use state of a belt for a Taekwondo
uniform according to the present invention;
Figure 2 is a view illustrating a structure of a belt for a Taekwondo
uniform according to the present invention;
Figures 3 through 5 are views illustrating a recognition pattern of Figure
2 according to an embodiment of the present invention; and
Figure 6 is a view illustrating a recognition pattern according to another
embodiment of the present invention.
Best mode for carrying out the invention
In the present invention, there is provided a belt of a uniform for a
Taekwondo which comprises an improved belt which has a recognition pattern based on a user's skill level, with said recognition pattern being formed at one
side or double sides of the belt and being formed of a posture of a Taekwondo
based on a user's skill level.
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described
with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Figure 1 is a view illustrating a use state of a belt 2 of a uniform for a
Taekwondo according to the present invention, and Figure 2 is an enlarged view
illustrating a part of the belt 2.
Here, the belt 2 is formed in a structure of a conventional belt which has
been generally used in the uniform 4 of the Taekwondo. The belt 2 has a certain
width and a length enough so as to substantially cover the entire portions of a
waist corresponding to a body size of the user.
The belt 2 is made of a certain material such as a synthetic fiver having
a good feeling so that a friction can be decreased in a state that the belt is worn
by the waist of the user.
The belt 2 has a recognition pattern 6, and the recognition pattern 6 is
provided with posture of the Taekwondo.
The posture of the Taekwondo is classified into a Taeguk posture, a
Korea posture, a Kumkang posture, a Taeback posture, and a Sipjin posture.
As shown in Figure 3, the recognition pattern 6 is formed of a pattern 6a corresponding to an applied posture among the above Taeguk postures, and
the pattern 6a is provided at a belt side 8 of the belt 3.
In addition, as shown in Figure 4, the recognition pattern 6 is formed of
a pattern 6b corresponding to an applied posture among the above Kumkang
postures, and the pattern 6b can be adapted to a middle level belt 2.
As shown in Figure 5, the recognition pattern 6 is formed of a pattern 6c
corresponding to an applied posture among the above Sipjin postures, and the
pattern 6c can be adapted to a high level belt 2.
The above patterns 6a, 6b and 6c may be formed along the entire
portions corresponding to one side or double sides 8 of the belt 2 or may be
formed at a limited portion of the belt 2.
The patterns 6a, 6b and 6c may be printed or may be sewed in a known
method so that the sides 8 of the belt 2 can be well recognized by others.
When the recognition pattern 6 is formed of postures of the Taekwondo,
the users can practice the applied postures while watching the patterns 6a, 6b
and 6c indicated on the belt 2, so that it is possible to more easily practice the
skills.
Here, the belt 2 is worn in such a manner that the user can see the
patterns 6a, 6b and 6c by bending the user's head downward.
In the above descriptions, a part of the posture among the Taeguk posture, Kumkang posture and Sipjin posture is indicated at the recognition
pattern. The above construction is not limited thereto.
For example, in another embodiment of the present invention, when the
recognition pattern 6 is indicated, the posture recognition may be indicated
based on the user's skill lever by dividing the same into first through eighth
chapters which are classified based on the skill level.
In the above descriptions, the recognition pattern 6 is integrally formed
at the side 8 of the belt 2. However, the above construction is not limited thereto.
Namely, as shown in Figure 6, the recognition pattern 6 may be
detachable from the side 8 of the belt 2 using an adhesive tape 8.
The adhesive tape 8 is preferably formed of a Velcro tape in which a
pair of opposite tapes are separable.
With the above construction, it is possible to easily exchange only the
recognition pattern 6 without exchanging the belt 2 based on the skill levels of
the users.
In addition, the recognition pattern 6 may be formed of a certain applied
posture corresponding to the known postures used for the skill practice of the
Taekwondo except for the Taekuk posture, the Kumkang posture and the Sipjin
posture.
In the above descriptions, the preferred embodiments of the belt of a uniform for the Taekwondo according to the present invention was described.
The above embodiment of the present invention is not limited thereto.
Effects of the invention
In the present invention, since the recognition patterns formed of
applied postures of the Taekwondo are indicated at the side of the belt of the
uniform for the Taekwondo based on the skill levels of the users, the skill levels
of the users can be easily recognized, and the user can more easily practice the
skills while watching the recognition patterns, so that an enhanced value added
function can be obtained.
As the present invention may be embodied in several forms without
departing from the spirit or essential characteristics thereof, it should also be
understood that the above-described examples are not limited by any of the
details of the foregoing description, unless otherwise specified, but rather
should be construed broadly within its spirit and scope as defined in the
appended claims, and therefore all changes and modifications that fall within
the meets and bounds of the claims, or equivalences of such meets and bounds
are therefore intended to be embraced by the appended claims.
