Abstract

The invention relates to a pharmaceutical and/or cosmetic composition comprising at least glycerine, a silicon compound, hydrogenated lanolin and perhydrosqualene. The invention also relates to a method of preparing one such composition and to the use thereof as a hand cream. The main advantage of one such cream is that it dries immediately and does not leave a greasy sensation.
