Abstract

Provided is a system and method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on a location based service (LBS). The system includes a user terminal and an operator server. The user terminal transmits a location signal to outside through the communication network, outputs a predetermined advertising message input based on the location signal, outputs product information searched and sorted according to a search key and a sorting key input in conjunction with the advertising message, and receives and transmits payment and distribution information for the output product information to outside. The operator server transmits an advertising message set based on the location signal input from the user terminal, searches for and sorting product information linked with the advertising message according to the search key and the sorting key input in conjunction with the advertising message, transmits the product information to the user terminal, and performs payment and distribution in association with the product information according to payment information and distribution information input for the product information.

Description

SYSTEM FOR PROVIDING ADVERTISEMENT AND PURCHASE SERVICE BASED IN LBS AND METHOD THEREOF
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a system and method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on a location based service (LBS), and more particularly, to a system and method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS, in which an advertising message for a product matched with user's hobby and preference is provided in real time based on location information of a user terminal, and at the same time, a purchase service for a product linked with the advertising message is provided.
Background Art The internet generally refers to an open network in which any computer can be connected to any other computer through a common protocol called transmission control protocol/Internet protocol (TCP/IP). Using the internet, various services ranging from the transmission of simple character information to the transmission of multimedia information such as electronic mails, files, or World Wide Web (WWW) become available with the development of compression techniques.
As the use of the Internet rapidly increases both domestically and globally, the importance of the Internet has been emphasized as a strategic tool for improving efficiency and productivity throughout all fields of industry. Moreover, as new business opportunities are continuously being created and the fields of new business are being expanded via the Internet, the number of undertakers using the Internet is also growing fast.
Recently, techniques for locating users to provide an advertisement service have been introduced as a part of business using the Internet and a global positioning system (GPS). The GPS measures the location of a user using electric waves emitted from a user terminal having a GPS receiver therein and provides the measured location information to the user terminal. Conventionally, when advertising information is provided using the GPS, a voice advertisement or an advertising message that is irrelevant to user preference is indiscriminately provided based on user's current location information and personal information, resulting in degradation of an advertisement effect.
Furthermore, according to a method for providing advertising information using the conventional GPS, only advertising information for a product is provided and users should visit shops for purchasing the product.
Disclosure of the Invention
The present invention provides a system and method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on a location based service (LBS), in which an advertising message linked with predetermined product information in which a user is interested is provided based on location information of a user terminal.
The present invention also provides a system and method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS, in which a process of payment and distribution for a product that is selected and purchased by a user in association with an advertising message provided based on location information of a user terminal can be performed in real time.
According to one aspect of the present invention, there is provided a system for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service), which performs data communication through a communication network. The system includes a user terminal and an operator server. The user terminal transmits a location signal to outside through the communication network, outputs a predetermined advertising message input based on the location signal, outputs product information searched and sorted according to a search key and a sorting key input in conjunction with the advertising message, and receives and transmits payment and distribution information for the output product information to outside. The operator server transmits an advertising message set based on the location signal input from the user terminal, searches for and sorting product information linked with the advertising message according to the search key and the sorting key input in conjunction with the advertising message, transmits the product information to the user terminal, and performs payment and distribution in association with the product information according to payment information and distribution information input for the product information. The system further includes a contents provider server providing the advertising message linked with the product information to the operator server in real time and a distributor server distributing the product information according to the distribution information transmitted from the operator server.
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service) by performing data communication through a communication network. In the method, an operator server establishes a database of advertising messages and location information linked with the advertising messages. The operator server transmits a predetermined advertising message to a user terminal based on location information input from the user terminal. The operator server performs payment and distribution for a predetermined product according to a purchase signal for the predetermined product input by the user terminal.
According to still another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a system for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service). The system includes a communication interface, a GPS (global positioning system) receiver, a data processor, and a data transmission/reception unit. The communication interface communicates with a user terminal and a contents provider server that provides an advertising message through a communication network. The GPS (global positioning system) receiver calculates location information of the user terminal based on a location signal transmitted from the user terminal. The data processor extracts information searched and sorted according to a search key and a sorting key set by a user from a predetermined advertising message set based on the location information calculated by the GPS receiver. The data transmission/reception unit receives the search key and the sorting key transmitted from the user terminal and transmits the information extracted by the data processor to the user terminal. According to yet another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a system for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service). The system includes a user terminal and a contents provider server that provides an advertising message through a communication network, a GPS (global positioning system) receiver, a data processor, and a data transmission/reception unit. The GPS receiver calculates location information of the user terminal based on a location signal transmitted from the user terminal. The data processor extracts information searched according to a search key set by a user from a predetermined advertising message set based on the location information calculated by the GPS receiver. The data transmission/reception unit receives the search key and transmitted from the user terminal and transmits the information extracted by the data processor to the user terminal.
According to yet another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a system for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service). The system includes a user terminal and a contents provider server that provides an advertising message through a communication network, a GPS (global positioning system) receiver, a data processor, and a data transmission/reception unit. The GPS (global positioning system) receiver calculates location information of the user terminal based on a location signal transmitted from the user terminal. The data processor extracts information sorted according to a sorting key set by a user from a predetermined advertising message set based on the location information calculated by the GPS receiver. The data transmission/reception unit receives the sorting key transmitted from the user terminal and transmits the information extracted by the data processor to the user terminal.
According to yet another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service). The method includes receiving a predetermined search key for searching for a predetermined advertising message from a user, receiving a sorting key for sorting the advertising message from the user, extracting advertising messages based on the location of a user terminal using location information of the user terminal, searching in the extracted advertising messages for an advertising message corresponding to the search key, sorting the searched advertising message according to the sorting key, and transmitting the searched and sorted advertising message to the user terminal.
According to yet another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service). The method includes receiving a predetermined search key for searching for a predetermined advertising message from a user, extracting advertising messages based on the location of a user terminal using location information of the user terminal, searching in the extracted advertising messages for an advertising message corresponding to the search key, and transmitting the searched advertising message to the user terminal.
According to yet another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service). The method includes receiving a sorting key for sorting advertising messages from a user, extracting advertising messages based on the location of a user terminal using location information of the user terminal, sorting the extracted advertising messages according to the sorting key, and transmitting the sorted advertising message to the user terminal.

Best mode for carrying out the Invention Hereinafter, a system and method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on a location based service (LBS) according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings. First, the configuration and operation of a system for providing an advertisement service based on an LBS according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of a system for providing an advertising message based on an LBS according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 illustrates the internal configuration of an operator server which transmits the advertising message using the LBS to a user terminal.
In the present invention, the advertising message may be a text-based message, a two-dimensional (2D) or three-dimensional (3D) graphic image, or multimedia information including a graphic image and sound. In the present invention, the advertising message linked with product information is provided based on location information of a user terminal capable of performing user multimedia communication. As illustrated in FIG. 1 , the system includes a communication network 100, a user terminal 200, an operator server 300, a contents provider server 400, and a distributor server 500. The communication network 100 is a communication network such as the wired/wireless Internet, which connects communication lines between the user terminal 200, the operator server 300, the content server 400, and the distributor server 500 for wired/wireless data communication between them.
The user terminal 200 has a simultaneous voice and data (SVD) chip embedded therein to simultaneously perform voice communication and data communication through the communication network 100. The user terminal 200 may be a cellular phone, a personal digital assistant (PDA), a smart phone, a personal computer (PC), a vehicle telematics, and other digital convergence terminals. The user terminal 200 calculates current location information of a user using a global positioning system (GPS) chip, which calculates location information through satellite communication or a base station, or using an internal algorithm and transmits the calculated location information to the operator server 300 through the communication network 100 in real time.
To join the operator server 300 which provides an advertising message based on location information, the user terminal 200 transmits member information input by the user to the operator server 300 through the communication network 100. The user's member information may include a name, a password, identification (ID) information, an address, a telephone number, a birthdate, and interested product and service information.
The user terminal 200 outputs the advertising message, which is provided from the operator server 300 based on current or mobile location information through the communication network 100, using a predetermined communication manner such as a toolbar type, a popup type, a floating type, or an ad-mine type. The advertising message provided based on location information includes an advertisement for an interested product or additional service that is preset by the user. The toolbar type provides predetermined advertising information by interworking with a program at all times, like tool/shortcut and automatic log-in buttons of the web browser. The floating type provides a web page embedded advertisement composed of embedded commands that are made of a code language called dynamic HTML and thus cannot be blocked by a popup blocking program. The floating type provides advertisement information while floating on a predetermined position of the web page. The ad-mine type is automatically provided with popup environment information from a server upon user's booting of the terminal and outputs a popup browser corresponding to an advertising address to the terminal by automatically recognizing a predetermined time interval during the use of the terminal or the time the user uses or does not use the terminal. When the user terminal 200 receives an advertising message, only an advertising message corresponding to a search key that is previously input by the user may be output to the user terminal 200.
To extract an advertising message corresponding to a search key, the search key is previously input to the operator server 300 from the user to extract the advertising message corresponding to the input search key and the extracted advertising message is transmitted to the user terminal 200. Alternatively, upon transmission of advertising messages based on the current location of the user terminal 200 from the operator server 300, the user terminal 200 may output only an advertising message corresponding to the user input search key to the user terminal 200.
The search key includes, but is not limited to, a product name, an area, a shop name, an address, a restaurant, or a building name.
The advertising message transmitted to the user in this way includes advertising contents for promoting the purchase of a product, which is preset according to user's hobby and preference.
The searched information may be displayed after being sorted according to a predetermined sorting key such as a price, a distance, the availability of parking, or the availability of reservation.
Such a sorting process using the sorting key may be performed by the operator server 300 or the user terminal 200.
The sorting key may operate independently or interwork with the search key.
Once the user decides to purchase a specific product in association with an advertising message corresponding to a search key and/or a sorting key among advertising messages based on the current location of the user terminal 200 and inputs such a decision to the user terminal 200, the user terminal 200 outputs a payment screen for paying for the product, i.e., a payment screen including payment types.
The payment screen may be generated and transmitted from the operator server 300 according to information about the user selected product. For example, when the user selects a product in association with an advertising message created using URL callback, information about the selected product is automatically transmitted to the operator server 300 and the operator server 300 generates payment types according to the information about the selected product and transmits the generated payment types to the user terminal 200.
When the user previously inputs information about a payment type, e.g., a credit card number or a bank account number, to the operator server 300, information about the input payment type may be included in the payment screen to allow the user to make payment only by pressing an okay button or inputting a password, thereby alleviating user's inconvenience. Here, the product may include not only living necessaries but also traffic information, geographic information, and various additional services such as meeting, chatting, and friend tracking.
The user terminal 200 outputs an order form required for distribution of the purchased product on its display means before or after payment for the selected product, such as reservation deposit, prepayment, or final payment, is made through a predetermined payment type, i.e., a credit card, a bank account (deposit without passbook), or a smart card.
Upon input of distribution information including a sender's name, a receiver's name, a distribution address, a distribution date, and contact information input through the order form, the user terminal 200 transmits the input distribution information to the cooperating distributor server 500 through the communication network 100. At this time, if the user previously inputs information of the order form to the operator server 300, the previously input information may also be available.
The operator server 300 provides an advertising message linked with predetermined product information to the user terminal 200 based on location information of the user terminal 200 recognized in real time. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the operator server 300 includes a communication interface 310, a GPS receiver 320, a data transmission/reception unit 330, a database 340, and a data processor 350.
Here, the communication interface 310 communicates with the user terminal 200, the contents provider server 400 that provides an advertising message linked with predetermined product information, and the distributor server 500.
The GPS receiver 320 calculates not only the current location of the user terminal 200 but also the mobile location of the user terminal 200 according to a location signal transmitted from the GPS chip embedded in the user terminal 200 and transmits the calculated current location and mobile location of the user terminal 200 to the data processor 250.
The data transmission/reception unit 330 transmits predetermined member information input from the user terminal 200 through the communication network 100 to the data processor 350. After the data transmission/reception unit 330 transmits the advertising message linked with the predetermined product information, transmitted from the contents provider server 400, to the data processor 350, it transmits a predetermined advertising message provided from the data processor 350 based on the location information of the user terminal 200 to the user terminal 200. The data transmission/reception unit 330 transmits the advertising message to the user terminal 200 using a communication manner such as a popup type, a floating type, or an ad-mine type.
After the data transmission/reception unit 330 transmits a predetermined search key input from the user terminal 200 in conjunction with the advertising message to the data processor 350, it receives predetermined searched information searched according to the search key from the data processor 350 and transmits the received searched information to the user terminal 200.
After the data transmission/reception unit 330 transmits a predetermined sorting key input from the user terminal 200 in conjunction with searched information to the data processor 350, it receives predetermined product information sorted according to the sorting key from the data processor and transmits the received product information to the user terminal 200.
The data transmission/reception unit 330 receives predetermined purchase information, e.g., payment information and distribution information, for the searched and sorted product information from the user terminal 200 and transmits the received purchase information to the data processor 350.
The database 340 stores various data information required for the purchase and use of product information linked with an advertising message provided based on location information of the user. As illustrated in FIG. 2, the database 340 includes a program database (DB) 341 , a member information DB 342, a search information DB 343, a location and geographic information DB 344, a contents information DB 345, and a purchase information DB 346.
The program DB 341 stores various application programs executed under the control of the data processor 350, e.g., a location calculating program used for calculating the location of the user terminal 200, a communication program for implementing predetermined data communication, and a web page executing program. In the member information DB 342, information about member users who join the operator server 300 that provides a predetermined advertising message based on location information of the user terminal 200, such as a name, a password, ID information, an address, a telephone number, and a birthdate, is sorted and stored according to member user.
When the user previously sets a search key and a sorting key, the member information DB 342 also stores information about the previously set search key and sorting key.
The search information DB 343 stores search keys such as, but not limited to, a product, an area, a shop name, an address, a building name, and the kind of food, which are associated with hobbies and preferences of the member users who join the operator server 300.
The location and geographic information DB 344 stores location information transmitted from the user terminal 200 through the communication network 100 and predetermined geographic information provided in conjunction with location information, e.g., a city, a county, a district, a mountain, a river, a sea, a building, a station building, a subway station, and a bus stop.
In the contents information DB 345, advertising messages provided in real time from the cooperating contents provider server 400 through the communication network 100 and product information linked with the advertising messages are sorted and stored according to contents and/or location.
In the purchase information DB 346, payment information and distribution information for product information purchased by users in association with the advertising message provided to the user terminal 200 are sorted and stored according to user.
Upon input of a member-join-request signal from the user terminal 200 through the communication network 100, the data processor 350 transmits a predetermined member information input window to the user terminal 200.
Upon input of member information through the member information input window, the data processor 350 sorts the input member information according to member and stores the sorted member information in the member information DB 342. The data processor 350 receives advertising messages and product information linked with the advertising messages provided from the cooperating contents provider server 400, and sorts the advertising messages and the product information according to contents and/or location, and stores the sorted advertising messages and product information in the contents information DB 345. At this time, the data processor 350 may sort and store the advertising messages according to location information set in the location and geographic information DB 344.
The data processor 350 receives and uses current or mobile location information of the user terminal 200 transmitted from the GPS receiver 320 or uses more accurate location information calculated by a separate program. At this time, the data processor 350 checks if there is an advertising message linked with the calculated location information and there is a search key and/or a sorting key set by the user and transmits an advertising message extracted according to the calculated location information, the search key, and/or the sorting key to the user terminal 200.
After the data processor 350 extracts searched information related to an advertising message including information, such as a product name, an area, a shop name, an address, a restaurant, and a building name, according to a predetermined search key that is input from the user terminal 200 in conjunction with the advertising message, it transmits the extracted searched information to the user terminal 200 through the data transmission/reception unit 330.
Upon input of a sorting key for searched information, such as a price, a distance, the availability of parking, or the availability of reservation, from the user terminal 200, the data processor 350 sorts the searched information according to the input sorting key and transmits the sorted and searched information to the user terminal 200. At this time, the sorting key may operate independently or interwork with the search key.
After the data processor 350 searches for and sorts product information linked with the advertising message according to the search key and the sorting key as described above, it transmits a predetermined payment type and an order form to the user terminal 200 according to a purchase and use signal for specific product information input from the user terminal 200. After payment and distribution information for the specific product information linked with the advertising message is input through the payment type and the order form, and payment for the specific product information is made, the data processor 350 transmits the distribution information to the cooperating distributor server 500 for distribution of the specific product information.
Hereinafter, a network-based anniversary setting method according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 3 through 5.
FIG. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a method for providing an advertising message using an LBS according to the present invention, FIG. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a process of transmitting a predetermined advertising message based on location information of a user terminal according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a process of payment and distribution for specific product information selected based on an advertising message according to the present invention. First, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the operator server 300 links advertising messages provided from the cooperating contents provider server 400 in real time with location information and stores the linked advertising messages and location information in the database 340 in operation S100.
In other words, once a predetermined advertising message for a product, education, finance, an educational institute, or traffic information is provided in real time from the contents provider server 400, the operator server 300 links the advertising message with specific location information that is set by the contents provider server 400 or related to product information and stores the linked advertising message and location information. Thereafter, the operator server 300 reads location information of the user terminal 200 and transmits an advertising message linked with the read location information to the user terminal 200 in operation S200.
More specifically, referring to FIG. 4, if predetermined location information is input through a GPS chip embedded in the user terminal 200 in operation S201 , the operator server 200 uses the input location information or compares the input location information with location information stored in the location information DB 344 to calculate more accurate location information of the user terminal 200 in operation S202. When the user terminal 200 moves in a predetermined direction, the operator server 300 may automatically track the moving direction of the user terminal 200 and update the location information in real time.
The operator server 300 then determines whether any setting, such as a search key or a sorting key, is made by the user in conjunction with an advertising message to be transmitted and there is an advertising message linked with the current location of the user in operation S203.
If the operator server 300 determines that there is no advertising message to be output based on the location information of the user terminal 200, it uploads the current or mobile location information of the user terminal 200 in the location information DB 344 in real time in operation S204.
However, if the operator server 300 determines that there is an advertising message to be output based on the location information of the user terminal 200, it transmits the advertising message to the user terminal 200 using a predetermined communication manner such as a popup type, a floating type, or an ad-mine type in operation S205. At this time, the operator server 300 also uploads the current or mobile location information of the user terminal 200 in the location information DB 344.
As mentioned above, after the operator server 300 transmits a predetermined advertising message based on the location information of the user terminal 200, it performs a process of payment and distribution for product information selected in association with the advertising message in operation S300 of FIG. 3.
More specifically, referring to FIG. 5, the operator server 300 receives a predetermined search key from the user terminal 200 in operation S301. The operator server 300 extracts predetermined searched information set in conjunction with the advertising message according to the search key input from the user terminal 200 in operation S302.
The search key includes, but is not limited to, a product, an area, a shop name, an address, a building name, and the kind of food, which are associated with user's hobby and preference.
The operator server 300 receives a predetermined sorting key for the searched information, such as a price, a distance, the availability of parking, or the availability of reservation, from the user terminal 200 in operation S303. At this time, the operator server 300 sorts the searched information, more specifically, product information linked with the advertising message, according to the input sorting key in operation S304. The sorting key may operate independently or interwork with the search key. The search key and the sorting key may be input through a user terminal or a separate terminal capable of connecting to the Internet at the time of member joining or may be input by the user whenever the user receives an advertising message. Once the advertising message is output based on the search key, the sorting key, and the location information, the searched information is transmitted to the user terminal 200.
When the searched information provided in conjunction with the advertising message is searched and sorted according to the search key and sorting key that are input from the user terminal 200 and is output to the user terminal 200, the operator server 300 receives a purchase and use signal for the searched and sorted product information from the user terminal 200 in operation S305.
The operator server 300 provides a predetermined payment screen for payment using a payment type such as a credit card, a bank account, or a smart card to the user terminal 200 according to the purchase or use signal for the product information linked with the advertising message in operation S306 and makes payment for the purchase and use of the product information through predetermined payment information input through the payment type in operation S307.
The operator server 300 transmits a predetermined order form for the paid product information to the user terminal 200 and distribution information including purchaser information, receiver information, and product information input through the order form to the cooperating distributor server 500 for distribution of the purchased product in operation S308.
The present invention can also be embodied as computer-readable code on a computer-readable recording medium. The computer-readable recording medium is any data storage device that can store data which can be thereafter read by a computer system. Examples of the computer-readable recording medium include read-only memory (ROM), random-access memory (RAM), CD- ROMs, magnetic tapes, floppy disks, optical data storage devices, and carrier waves. The computer-readable recording medium can also be distributed over network coupled computer systems so that the computer-readable code is stored and executed in a distributed fashion.
While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to an exemplary embodiment thereof, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined by the following claims.
Industrial Applicability
According to the present invention, an advertising message for predetermined product information linked with location information is provided based on location information of a user terminal, thereby maximizing an advertisement effect. Moreover, a process of purchase and payment can be performed for product information linked with an advertising message, thereby facilitating user's purchase and payment with respect to a user selected product.

Claims

What is claimed is:
1. A system for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service), which performs data communication through a communication network, the system comprising: a user terminal transmitting a location signal to outside through the communication network, outputting a predetermined advertising message input based on the location signal, outputting product information searched and sorted according to a search key and a sorting key input in conjunction with the advertising message, and receiving and transmitting payment and distribution information for the output product information to outside; and an operator server transmitting an advertising message set based on the location signal input from the user terminal, searching for and sorting product information linked with the advertising message according to the search key and the sorting key input in conjunction with the advertising message, transmitting the product information to the user terminal, and performing payment and distribution in association with the product information according to payment information and distribution information input for the product information.
2. The system of claim 1 , further comprising: a contents provider server providing the advertising message linked with the product information to the operator server in real time; and a distributor server distributing the product information according to the distribution information transmitted from the operator server.
3. The system of claim 1 , wherein the operator server comprises: a communication interface performing communication with the user terminal and the contents provider server through the communication network; a GPS (global positioning system) receiver calculating the current location information and mobile location information of the user terminal according to the location signal transmitted from the user terminal; a data transmission/reception unit transmitting the predetermined advertising message based on the location information calculated by the GPS receiver to the user terminal, receiving the search key and the sorting key transmitted from the user terminal in conjunction with the advertising message, and transmitting the product information according to the received search key and sorting key to the user terminal; a data storing unit storing member information, purchase information, payment information, distribution information, geographic information, advertising messages, and a predetermined driving program received through the data transmission/reception unit; and a data processor transmitting the advertising message based on the location information calculated by the GPS receiver to the user terminal through the data transmission/reception unit, transmitting the product information searched and sorted according to the search key and sorting key transmitted through the data transmission/reception unit to the user terminal, and controlling payment and distribution of the product information according to the payment information and the distribution information transmitted through the data transmission/reception unit.
4. The system of claim 1 , wherein the advertising message is transmitted to the user terminal using one of a popup type, a floating type, and an ad-mine type.
5. The system of claim 1 or 3, wherein the advertising message includes advertising contents for promoting the purchase of a product that is previously set according to user's hobby and preference.
6. A method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service) by performing data communication through a communication network, the method comprising: an operator server establishing a database of advertising messages and location information linked with the advertising messages; the operator server transmitting a predetermined advertising message to a user terminal based on location information input from the user terminal; and the operator server performing payment and distribution for a predetermined product according to a purchase signal for the predetermined product input by the user terminal.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the transmission of the advertising message to the user terminal comprises: receiving predetermined location information transmitted through a GPS (global positioning system) chip embedded in the user terminal; the operator server comparing the received location information and predetermined location information to detect location information of the user terminal; the operator server determining whether a predetermined advertising message is set in the detected location information of the user terminal; the operator server uploading the current or mobile location information of the user terminal in a location information database in real time, if the predetermined advertising message is not set; and the operator server transmitting the set advertising message to the user terminal based on the detected location information, if the predetermined advertising message is set.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the advertising message is transmitted to the user terminal using one of a popup type, a floating type, and an ad-mine type.
9. The method of claim 7, wherein the advertising message includes advertising contents for promoting the purchase of a product that is previously set according to user's hobby and preference.
10. The method of claim 6, wherein the performing of the payment and distribution comprises: the operator server receiving a predetermined search key from the user terminal in conjunction with the advertising message; upon input of the search key in conjunction with the advertising message, the operator server searching product information linked with the advertising message according to the input search key and transmitting the searched product information to the user terminal; upon input of a predetermined sorting key from the user terminal in conjunction with the product information, the operator server sorting the product information according to the input sorting key and transmitting the sorted product information to the user terminal; upon input of a purchase signal for predetermined product information among the searched and sorted product information from the user terminal, the operator server transmitting a predetermined payment type to the user terminal; and after performing payment for the predetermined product information through the payment type, the operator server transmitting distribution information for the paid product to a distributor server to control distribution for the paid product.
11. A system for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service), the system comprising: a communication interface communicating with a user terminal and a contents provider server that provides an advertising message through a communication network; a GPS (global positioning system) receiver calculating location information of the user terminal based on a location signal transmitted from the user terminal; a data processor extracting information searched and sorted according to a search key and a sorting key set by a user from a predetermined advertising message set based on the location information calculated by the GPS receiver; and a data transmission/reception unit receiving the search key and the sorting key transmitted from the user terminal and transmitting the information extracted by the data processor to the user terminal.
12. A system for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service), the system comprising: a communication interface communicating with a user terminal and a contents provider server that provides an advertising message through a communication network; a GPS (global positioning system) receiver calculating location information of the user terminal based on a location signal transmitted from the user terminal; a data processor extracting information searched according to a search key set by a user from a predetermined advertising message set based on the location information calculated by the GPS receiver; and a data transmission/reception unit receiving the search key transmitted from the user terminal and transmitting the information extracted by the data processor to the user terminal.
13. A system for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service), the system comprising: a communication interface communicating with a user terminal and a contents provider server that provides an advertising message through a communication network; a GPS (global positioning system) receiver calculating location information of the user terminal based on a location signal transmitted from the user terminal; a data processor extracting information sorted according to a sorting key set by a user from a predetermined advertising message set based on the location information calculated by the GPS receiver; and a data transmission/reception unit receiving the sorting key transmitted from the user terminal and transmitting the information extracted by the data processor to the user terminal.
14. A method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service), the method comprising: receiving a predetermined search key for searching for a predetermined advertising message from a user; receiving a sorting key for sorting the advertising message from the user; extracting advertising messages based on the location of a user terminal using location information of the user terminal; searching in the extracted advertising messages for an advertising message corresponding to the search key; sorting the searched advertising message according to the sorting key; and transmitting the searched and sorted advertising message to the user terminal.
15. A method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service), the method comprising: receiving a predetermined search key for searching for a predetermined advertising message from a user; extracting advertising messages based on the location of a user terminal using location information of the user terminal; searching in the extracted advertising messages for an advertising message corresponding to the search key; and transmitting the searched advertising message to the user terminal.
16. A method for providing advertisement and purchase services based on an LBS (location based service), the method comprising: receiving a sorting key for sorting advertising messages from a user; extracting advertising messages based on the location of a user terminal using location information of the user terminal; sorting the extracted advertising messages according to the sorting key; and transmitting the sorted advertising message to the user terminal.
17. A computer-readable recording medium having recorded thereon a program for implementing the method of one of claims 6 through 10 and 14 through 16.
